Both KPSF and KXPS notified the FCC that operations were resumed on April 21, 2024. The previous sale must have fallen through, as CRC Media is still the owner.

Reason for 2nd Extension of Consummation – KXPS/KPSF
Buyer (Assignee) is attempting to close on purchase of real estate from third parties unrelated to Assignor that is associated with station transmitter sites concurrent with station acquisition from Assignor. That transaction involves real estate title and is taking longer than expected. Once that transaction is ready to close, it will do so concurrent with KXPS/KPSF and the matter fully consummated.
All the pertinent information included in the application is still current.

They have just filed another request for extention of the consummation of the sale with the same reason.
