I clicked on "back" and when I got back to the main list, I clicked on the number of responses. The two most recent were not "27 minutes ago" and "32 minutes ago" but "in 2 minutes" and "in 7 minutes".

Weird glitch with time of responses to posts

I have no idea what you are writing about. Please explain. Your post is not at all clear.
In the upper right corner there is a bell. If there is a number on a red background, then we get a list of alerts. If I click on that now I get "3 minutes ago" and "37 minutes ago". It won't happen again since I won't be clicking on "back" to get back to when there were 10, but it seems to be predicting the future.
Try clearing your cache/cookies on whatever you use to read the site.
I'm not saying it's a problem that needs to be solved. I just wanted to report that the software somehow is able to behave like it is telling the future. I'm wondering if anyone knew that was possible or what it would be intended to represent.
It’s a problem with whatever you’re using to read the site. Either try my idea or don’t, but what’s the point in posting about it if it isn’t a problem for you?
When you hit the "back" button, your browser generally pulls the data off your hard drive rather than reloading the page.
