Twist: We find out her long-lost friend plays Santa Claus for children in a local hospital. The snow starts falling, and they walk through a quaint downtown hustling and bustling with activity, sparking conversation. After several fancy dates and fruitcake desserts, he surprises her with an engagement ring on Christmas Eve and they kiss and embrace. Or something like that.
Working title: "An Ex-CEO for Christmas". Coming to Hallmark Channel this Halloween. Or sooner, because they love Christmas sooooo much, even more than most adult contemporary radio stations. By the time most of them flip to Xmas music, Hallmark has already been on 24/7 Christmas mode for 3-4 weeks!
