Updates on Telemundo's upcoming affiliates for Alabama?

I don't know if you have a local contact for them, but WUOA-LD seems to be off the air or possibly running at very low power.
I've checked and re-scanned three different TV's that I can normally get a stable signal from them, but get nothing.

Also 23.3 is now relaying COZI 23.1, before they just had a static shot of the I-359 bridge.

WBUN (and presumably other Daystar stations) added a .3 channel which is just nature scenes and light instrumental music, with Bible verses (in English) overlaid. It's got the Daystar logo, but I don't know what it's called as I never caught a TOH ID from them. Daystar's website streams their English and Spanish feeds but I can't find any mention of this .3 feed.

W18ET-D 35.6 is vacant, formerly Dabl

The network formerly known as Newsy is now Scripps News but remains on 44.6

Wow, I had no idea about Azteca America shutting down! Between that and the Newsy rebrand I have a lot of work to do on my site.

I don't have a contact for WUOA-LD but this isn't the first I've heard of people not being able to receive them. I don't know if they are on low power or off or what. Nothing's ever been filed with the FCC.

Okay, WUOA-LD is back on with yet another new lineup.

46.1 Vision Latina
46.2 Buzzr
46.3 blank
46.4 NTD
46.5 blank
46.6 ShopLC
46.7 NBC LX News
46.8 Telexitos

Neither LX News nor Telexitos list WUOA as an affiliate, but that's what's airing right now. Come tomorrow, who knows?

The latest: 46.8 is now blank, and as NBC is "winding down" LX News this summer, so there will be either a new program or another blank subchannel on 46.7 As of right this second, LX News is still on.

Also, 23.3 is now a series of apparently live webcam feeds around the Bama campus - it changes every few hours, and you can see cars and pedestrians moving by as it goes from day to night and back in real time - with WUAL-FM audio.

Gray signed on a couple of LPTVs in the Montgomery area. RF 29 from near downtown (displays as 5) and 15 from NW of Prattville (aiming towards Selma.)

Latest updates. One OTA webcam goes on-line, one goes off-line.

46.7 LX News has rebranded as LX Home, with programming related to real estate and home renovation.

23.3 is currently vacant. The WUAL audio and campus webcam views are missing. All three TV's I have skip over it going from 23.2 (this TV) to 23.4 (weather map) when channel surfing. I'm not sure if this is temporary or not.

Meanwhile, WNHT 4.5 has upgraded from just an audio feed of WJLD radio to a webcam in their broadcast studio to go along with the audio. No one was in there last night when I snapped this shot, but people were inside this morning. Unless the color balance is just screwed up, it certainly looks like a black-and-white feed coming from the studio!

Is WNHT-LD running any other programming? If so, what?

I meant to post something about this last week, but apparently Gray's Telemundo station here on the gulf coast, WMBP-LD was taken off the air a week or two ago by a direct lightning strike. I was told it was mentioned on the WALA Fox 10 Facebook page but I could never find the post. I haven't been able to pick up the station since then so I guess it's going to be off air for a while.

It's a shame — they were running a simulcast of WALA alongside Telemundo and the picture quality was noticeably better despite it being two HD channels on the same broadcast.

it doesn’t appear Gray has locked up any stations to simulcast WMBP-LD to the Pensacola and Ft. Walton part of the Mobile DMA. Seems like a strange gap in Telemundo coverage.
