While WOSF has overtaken WBAV in the urban adult format ratings, WBAV is overall performing well and showing up in the Greenville-Spartanburg ratings recently. Although not a concern, WOSF used to have a decent signal in Spartanburg before a local translator in Greer signed on causing interference on the same frequency. While WBAV comes in good. But I wonder what adjustments have pushed WOSF ahead, talent or playlist?

It looks like the gap between 95.1 and 96.1 has narrowed just a bit, with 96.1 slightly up and 95.1 slightly down. Even combined they wouldn’t be a very strong CHR 🤣

WBAV also has a lot of listeners in Union and Laurens counties in SC. It’s rare that a station out of market like that be able to reach so widely quite consistently. Someone in the Greenville-Spartanburg should see their success here combined with WJMZ and flip to urban AC.

WOSF recently adjusted their playlist, basically copying WBAV's. There have also been some panel changes. There haven't been any jock changes.
