Tower down in Wichita Falls

What stations were on the tower?
KZXL was one
"Educational Media Foundation (EMF) requests special temporary authority for KZKL to remain
silent.
KZKL Wichita Falls, TX (Facility ID: 55381) is off the air after its landlord’s tower fell August
11, 2023. EMF is looking for alternative tower options and acquiring equipment to replace that
which was damaged or destroyed when the tower fell. Though it is uncertain exactly how long it
will take to restore KZKL to full power operations, EMF will continue to proceed expeditiously.
A grant of this request would permit EMF to return KZKL to the air and provide its unique
program to the listeners of KZKL"

Seems like I heard KWFS-FM 102.3 was on that tower. I know it sustained significant damage during the storms as its engineer posted it to one of the Facebook groups I'm on.

I think they meant "programming", and how is a national feed unique?
They consider their format to be a "program". Perfectly well expressed.
That national feed is unique in Wichita Falls.

KWFS also submitted a STA saying they're combining their facility with the 96.3 translator's antenna with 1000 watts for the time being.
