I listened to the over-the-air audio for 1480. The TOH ID was more like "cators-chenta".. I finally had to listen to theit webstream to confirm it's really "catorce ochenta"

Remember, the largest group of first and second generation Hispanics in DC is Salvadoran. They don't even pronounce their capital city and country "right". It usually comes out "Hahn-hahl-vah-door, Ehl-Hahl-vah-door".

14-80 would be "Cahat-ohrc-o-chen-tah"
