Remember, the largest group of first and second generation Hispanics in DC is Salvadoran. They don't even pronounce their capital city and country "right". It usually comes out "Hahn-hahl-vah-door, Ehl-Hahl-vah-door".
14-80 would be "Cahat-ohrc-o-chen-tah"
