Will gladly. Emmis had it listed for $9 million around 2017/18ish...Correct me...$15million.

Surprise, but even non-profit stations are generally operated by an incorporated non-profit (redundancy intentional) corporation.UT ain't a company, partner. Years ago, they gave me a piece o' paper with some scribblin' on it sayin' I got educated there. Believe it's still just a big ol' school.
Honestly who wants that.Pulse 98.7! Put a dance station in NY on a full signal
I would if this was 2013. But I listen to TuneIn and rarely listen to the FM dial locally. Most likely a religious broadcasting company will want to buy 98.7. IMO, I feel that Star 99.1 should take the opportunity and move to 98.7.Honestly who wants that.
Would be great if a religious owner went death metal.Any kind of format discussion will be based on the owner. A religious owner won't go for a dance format. So any realistic speculation needs to wait until an owner emerges.
I was being sarcasticAs in EDM? It's never worked anywhere.
I wonder whether WXBK 94.7 would be worth enough on the market for Audacy to be tempted to sell it, and purchase 98.7. As was mentioned, being high in debt hasn’t kept broadcasters from making occasional purchases.
Randy Michaels did a great job with RXP 2.0. He should have kept the alternative format instead of trying and failing with FM News.Imagine if they moved WFAN to 98.7 and brought alternative rock back to 101.9?

Imagine all the people, living life in peace....Imagine if they moved WFAN to 98.7 and brought alternative rock back to 101.9?
No. Leasing/LMAs count towards the cap.Can iHeart or Audacy lease (not purchase) the station or do the FCC ownership limits prohibit that?
