WPEN PTYN?

WPEN has recently started broadcasting a PTYN in their RDS that says "Hot AC". Is this possibly hinting towards a flip or am I over thinking it. Sorry if this may be a dumb question.1696460814186.png

Sort of a more specific PTY. It allows for an up to 8 character text that is for a more specific PTY. In the Philly market, only Audacy uses it and they use it for branding (except WPHI who uses it for format??) WIP RDS is randomly on and off so I cant check it now. WTDY's is "WTDY". WOGL's is "BIG98.1". WBEB doesn't have one. WPHI is "News". Not sure why people do or don't use it but i haven't seen any car support showing it and the only way I know how to see it is with rdsspy. I thought it was interesting WPEN has one, especially since none of it's sisters have one and I'm pretty sure it didn't have one before.
