I would love to have a decent adult standards station here, but I can't even DX anything, as the nearest ones seem to be at least 1,000 miles away (WKDA is about 2,250 miles away, and WOZK is almost 2,500 miles away).
All SF is interested in these days, it seems, is new stuff, like pop, hard-ish rock, hip-hop/rap and alternative. The closest thing to "oldies" is KOSF, aka iHeart 80s+, and that's not terribly close to "my" definition of oldies (if oldies are in the ballpark of 30 to 40 years old, then I guess it technically fits, but it still feels too new for me to think of it as "old").
98.1 has a few decent songs every now and then, but their analog feed sounds like a low bitrate internet stream to me (ironically, the actual stream of 98.1 sounds somewhat better). I haven't had the chance to hear it in HD much because such things don't work reliably here in the east SFBA (I'm lucky to get the analog signal).
KOIT is nothing like it used to be. It has taken on a somewhat harder-edged sound than in the past (I wish I had appreciated it more when the old format was still on the air back in the late 90s and 2000s, but I was less into that kind of music back then).
