Have any of you tried calling them and asking for 1300 or maybe other stations?
A phone number is on the license. (361) 510-3327.
Who knows maybe one of you can get it for cheap, LOL, or at least warn them not to put a residential address on an FCC application, maybe they just don't know it's so public.

Open house this afternoon at the new KHTW Freedom 1300 studios. Located at Freedom Firearms & Defense. Free food for everybody. Sorry, no beer.

Honest question. If a station a (license) is acquired via fraud or lies etc is this a case for civil court or is this something you need to take up with the fcc first?
This is a legal issue not appropriate for litigation on a message board. This part of thread being deleted.
