JD Hayworth Returns on KFNN

About as well as the KFNN Bill Heywood experiment (Heading home with Heywood). It's becoming the last brief stop for Valley radio personalities trying to resurrect their long gone radio career.
Kind of reminds me of the time Mike Barna tried to recapture '90s KFYI "magic" while running KFNX with Bob Mohan, etc. And, that was the era when a host can be conservative and take callers from all viewpoints without shouting them down.

Did the time-buy business/financial format not make enough money, so Ron Cohen is trying to position KFNN as the fourth (some people might say fifth and count KTAR-FM) conservative talk station in town?

KFNN’s schedule looks terrible overall. Ben Shapiro and Matt Walsh? Talk about bottom of the barrel let alone gutter trash 🤣

...just maybe JD "Foghorn Leghorn" Hayworth is paying for the time and brokering his own advertisers.

The "brokered airtime" era of 1100 when they leased their airwaves to some really not-nice neo-youknowwhat groups.

Oh yeah. I remember David Leibowitz ranting on air about that. Hey, now there's a KFNN candidate, and, with call letters easier for him to pronounce than KT'R.

Leibowitz does editorials for a local group of suburban free papers. I don't know if he's conservative enough for KFNN.

Speaking of long lost talkers, we haven't heard from Charles Goyette since he was the libertarian balance on progressive era KXXT.
