Looks like at midnight last night, Y102 in Reading went all-Christmas. Last year, didn't they kind of flip back and forth between all-christmas and regular programming? It seemed weird.

WRFY All-Christmas?

The whole station is weird playing The Fray into AC/DC? Lol
They've always been quite an interesting station, sliding the playlist around from CHR to Hot AC to Adult Hits to AC as competition came and went, and have always remained solidly #1.
Yea they are always number 1, but in that market they really have no same-market competitors. I remember about 15 or more years ago they had a pretty decent “rock hits” format going on when Frank FM was around.
Maybe it was a weekend Christmas music feature? I'm listening to the live stream now, just after midnight on 12/5/23. No Christmas music. It's playing Who Knew? from P!nk right now. It was playing a Dua Lipa song before.
I know iHeart likes the Christmas format. It goes on AC, Classic Hits, even on a couple of iHeart Adult Hits stations (KVDU Baton Rouge and WLKO Charlotte). But WRFY might be too uptempo to be a candidate for going all-Christmas.
