How is KGO doing since they dropped Talk? It doesn't look like they are better since doing it, per ratings, correct?
The format they are now doing is it such a format that ratings don't really matter much? I have seen post indicating this when ratings don't really mean much with some formats.
How can ratings "not mean much " to certain formats?

They're not selling ratings. They're selling a specific audience that has very narrow specific interests. It's a much easier sell.
