Mighty small facility covering very little of not much, Bill. Is it still paired up with the Mt. Pleasant translator?

No mention of the Translator in the APA.

Yeah, I know Holdsworth does not own 100.9. The last time I was in Titus County, the translator was relaying KPIT, but that was when 91.7 was still programming Spanish Christian. KPIT needs a partner, whether it be in Mt. Pleasant, Longview, or somewhere else that there is a more sizable population within reach. Pittsburg, as much as I love those hot links, is just not big enough of a town to support this mimiscule signal alone.

$18,000! That says alot right there.

$18K turnkey,,,not sure about the tower/land situation.

Building, tower, and land lease are included in the sale. Land lease for the tower and building the first 5 years are $200/month.

What happens after the 5th year? Does this Desert Rock own it all for $30k, or is it 5 years on the stick and then they'll need to extend or renegotiate?

Didn’t KPIT use to be an LPFM? I thought it was. Does anyone know if it will still be Spanish Christian?
