I'll give that a try. I'll open it up and see if I can find it. Thanks. Not terribly familiar with BW transmitters (other than the one we have on the shelf that is a large paperweight, thanks to an unobtanium power supply)....but as I recall there is an SD or CF card in the transmitter that can become corrupt and keep the unit from booting.
You might try removing and re-seating the memory card (with the unit completely disconnected from power, of course) and see if that will restore it to operation.

Like I said; expect excuses not results. Or, at least a runaround. Time to face the fact that going ultra-budget on a transmitter doesn't return long-term results.Okay, despite Mr. Tucker of BW Broadcast assuring me that BW support would help, they didn't. Just like the last time, the support department simply referred me to Progressive Concepts, wasting a day of my time. Not sure why they bother with their "support" link on their website. All I was looking for was some advice, and possibly how to get new SD cards. Not sure if this is part of their new corporate culture since they reorganized.
So far, Progressive Concepts in Chicago has been very helpful, though.

You didn't want to ship your gear to England anyway. Eric in Chicago is a good guy. He will fix you up. You might want to have a spare transmitter in the rack for next time. Everything has a computer in it now days. Be it your transmitter, car, refrigerator, or hot water heater. Get yourself a Nautel or Crown and rest easy at night because both have excellent support:
