Salem sells California office space.

Seems like Salem is selling all "non-core" radio assets. Will it be enough to avoid a BK, and possibly just achieve a debt restructuring agreement with their lenders?

It depends on whether they can sell off enough real estate and non-core assets to meet their loan payments, which will but them some time.
