The Point ahead of Mix? How?

I am very surprised of that. It doesn't have the heritage and I think Mix is the better soundibg station. Your thoughts?
 
All I can tell you is that my 40-year old daughter listens to the Point. As someone far outside their target demographic, I think Mix's music overlaps more closely with Y-98 and even the current songs on 102.5.

I don't quite know what to make of Mix vs the Point since they seem to kind of overlap formats with one another (both on the edge CHR/Hot AC) but on different formats. Mix seems to be an adult leaning CHR while the Point is a rhythmic leaning Hot AC.
