Dallas AM up for sale?

In Houston we’ve been watching a certain radio brokerage website in regard to a possible sale of one of the FMs here.

I notice that the brokers now have a ”new listing” for a “Dallas, Texas AM station + translators”. Wonder who?
 
I've seen few brokers use that site to gauge interest without having a contract to even sell something. They'll then go to a licensee and claim they have a client looking to buy. Other listings on there are for stations that we sold years ago and never removed. Buyer and speculator beware when it comes to RadioTVDeals.
 
The brokerage site referred to in my original post now has a new listing for “Dallas, Texas - FM translators”. This is a separate listing from the “AM station plus translators” that was put up about six weeks ago. Any ideas?
