South Jersey WNJC 1360 Returning to The Air?

Since WNJC Washington Twp., NJ has been off the air for a little over a year since early Feb 2023 and their former Xmtr site at the Kinsley landfill being demolished.
Will the FCC cancel their license?
Have they even reported taking the station silent to the FCC in Feb 2023?
 
Funny that this station should come up for discussion now. Their license renewal was filed late, nearly two years ago, and is still pending, but maybe not for long.
On March 26th the FCC sent them a letter after numerous attempts to contact the station, trying to resolve issues with the renewal. I’m not sure this link will work, but here goes anyway:

And nope, they have not filed for silent authority with the Commission, according to the letter. Furthermore, it says the FCC hasn’t been able to contact them by email (no reply), or by phone (the number of record isn’t functioning) for over a year. And it mentions reports on various Internet sites about the station losing its tower site, suggesting that it may have been silent for an extended period. They note that neither a request for silent authority nor for temporary facilities has been filed with the Commission.
The letter is giving them 45 days to respond.
