Lord help us, Joe Beamer is virtually impossible to listen to for more than 5 minutes
To me, WBEN is impossible to listen to for more than 5 seconds unless it wants to irritate me.

Seems the moral turpitude clause mostly applies to any goings-on in a public park bathroom. Outside of that, nobody cares what a media personality does. Most contract have a morals clause of some kind that can be used by the company to terminate the contract if they wish. It usually depends on how much damage the situation does to the credibility of the host and the station. If advertisers start pulling their spots because they don't want to be associated with the host, it's likely that the company will pull the plug on the "talent."
Big corporations care about what advertisers think. If they start pulling spots, contracts allow the corporations to suspend with or without pay or terminate the contract. WBEN's biggest problem is that they don't have anybody competent on the bench waiting to step in. The most likely move would be to move Bellavia into PM drive and syndicate mid-days.Seems the moral turpitude clause mostly applies to any goings-on in a public park bathroom. The issue isn't about the primary caregiver. The lawsuit is about malfeasance. It's a civil case now with a possibility of criminal charges. WBEN will likely wait for the outcome before deciding Bauerle's fate. Audacy may be exiting Buffalo anyway, so they wouldn't hesitate to cut him loose if necessary...In family matters you just never know. Usually there is one member who does more for an aging parent than the rest. I'm leaving this one to the court to decide.
Listeners often don't like change. If his numbers are better than the other dayparts and he isn't draining too much cash or being a burden otherwise WBEN will likely keep him no matter who the investors are.

Check your contract. Premier usually has the right to move a show to another station with proper notice.I have Clay & Buck on WLVL 1340 am already in this market
And never bothered talking about the second anniversary of 5/14. Not ONCE. This while the news department was covering the story, as they should.Bauerle returned on Tuesday.
