Birmingham WQEN's HD-3

It looks as if "Alt Bham" is no more. For the past week or so, when tuning to the preset I have in my car for that station gets the equivalent of an error message. I wonder if IHeart decided that programming that subchannel wasn't worth the expense, especially in light of 100.1 (WBPT HD-2) having debuted a few months ago.

Speaking of X100.1....I haven't seen it show up in the Nielsen ratings (as WBPT HD2) since the debut of the alternative format. Summit Media subscribes to Nielsen. Is 100.1 not part of that subscription or is the station just fairing poorly given it's one of the weakest FM translators in Birmingham?
