It appears that way on its Facebook page and to the above poster saying it’s a simulcast of the fish in Atlanta it’s not both streams have different songs playing

That could be, but if you look at the bottom of the website, it says gives an Atlanta address and this:

So it's as you said, a national feed emanating from the Atlanta station.
