Urban One to miss Q1 Filling Deadline

Larger and smaller companies can get their books in order unless there is something really wrong. If this is not fixed the SEC will have to take action (delisting until they get up to GAAP) and they become a pink sheet stock.

The CFO should have this under control. The CEO should fire the CFO if it's not fixed. The board of directors have a legal duty here. Sooner or later a shareholder(s) will sue them.

You don't know what might be going on behind the scenes, so all the bluster about firing the CFO, besides being a stupid move right before a critical filing, is just an uninformed bluster.
