Tucson KNST on FM?

A licensed to cover application was filed on K296GT (107.1 FM) today for their new facility in the Tucson Mountains. The primary station is KNST and I hear K296GT mentioned in the legal id but no mention on-air of 107.1 or on their site/social channels... yet.

Is 107.1 actually on the air yet?

The 1.5W signal would be from the old tower @ Grant/First Ave (the 'Los Altos' site)

The CP is for 250W at the Tucson Mountains facility.

I don't know why Radio Locator shows indicates Mount Lemmon, although their transmitter location link shows the correct Grant/First location.

iHeart filed today to change the primary station for K296GT from KNST to KHUD HD2 92.9. This is being leased to Radio by Grace for their programing. I'm not sure if the iHeart 80's channel on the HD2 will be moved elsewhere.

iHeartMedia has launched its Bilingual Soft AC “Magic” brand in a third market as the company launches “Magic 107.1” K296GT/KHUD-HD2 Tucson AZ.
