KLMV-LD Is being offered at $5 pop count. Rabbitears states 250,239 population. That would make it $1,251,195. Is that the going rate for pop counts ?

For an LD in Laredo? Much depends on how much it cashflows. Otherwise, stick value.
i mean honestly how much could it be making? its mostly based on pop count.
That population figure does not include Nuevo Laredo—which would more than double it.
Pop count and demographics contribute to a sale but not nearly as much as good ol' fashioned cash flow. This is especially true these days when lenders/investors want the confidence of a return on their investment. If all you have as collateral is the potential to reach a population, that's not good enough anymore.
