LOL, the loudmouth appears to be you! So how did KSKO get a shortwave outlet? Big signal on the Twente WebSDR.
A generous benefactor who appreciates what KSKO does while wanting to offer something a little different on SW generously foots the bill for the airtime lease from Spaceline Bulgaria near Sofia.

Most exciting thing I've heard on SW out of Bulgaria since ... ever. Radio Sofia was second only to Radio Tirana for deadly dullness back in the Soviet Bloc days.
I'm friends with one of the owners of Spaceline who i think is a former Radio Sofia employee
Bulgaria is used lately for the BBC, RTI and Brother Stair.. they also do some short form religious features from Bible Voice
