Twisters the 2024 edition is a remake of the 1996 film Twister.
 
I saw this morning a promo from CBS about a NCIS prequel coming this Fall. Ugh, cant anyone come up with something new and different that becomes the future NCIS, CSI, or other popular show that Ion can run 24/7 out of syndication?

They cast an actress that resembles Helen Hunt. And I saw a story that Helen Hunt wanted to write/direct a sequel but it was rejected. This is what I've been waiting to hear for sure, though, if it is supposed to the daughter of the original characters or if it is just all new people. All I see online is that it is a sequel in the same universe, but no character connection to the original.
