MyFM only broadcasting one audio channel

I've noticed that lately MyFM 101.3 has only been broadcasting either the left or the right channel. I can tell because some parts of songs are left out. I wonder if they're working on getting an FM Stereo translator. I'm surprised they don't already have one.

They're in the process of doing work in the studio. I suspect it's temporary while the work is being done.

Well it’s now 5 months later and this still seems to be the case. However, I noticed on 1490 AM the audio is fine. Why can’t they just get an FM stereo translator?

Maybe they're doing something boneheaded like sending one channel to the AM transmitter and the other channel to the FM translator? Try tuning in both at the same time, on two separate radios, and see if you magically get stereo.

Digital encoding and decoding will cause a delay. On Tunein the delay can be one minute behind.
back when we used high earth orbiting Viasatr for our stream and STL.. wed shoot from mcgrath up to the satellite, down to stream guys..out to the stations that carry us.. and sometimes id listen to that return audio on our via sat.... the delay was incredible.
