And KIKO/translator are mediocre signals and have little-to-no cash flow compared to the Desert Valley stations. Someone got hosed there.
Newbie buyer with no radio experience. John Low makes out like a bandit...if the deal holds together. Seller carry back with monthly payments in excess of $19k. At least with the Zelus deal, there's market coverage; niche formats, and cash flow.
