Oldies 103.3 Personalities

In its day, Oldies 103.3 had some terrific DJs, and I'd be interested in knowing the whereabouts of those listed here:

Paul Perry (was with WROR for many years)
June Knight (was with Beasley, FL for several years after she left here)
Michele (with one L) Hughes

Paula Street (was with Beasley, FL for several years after she left here)

Patrick Callahan

Jay Gordon

Paula is still living in the Tampa area, dont know what shes doing, but its not radio

Dale Dorman (who also worked at WRKO and later WVBF) died back in 2014. I believe that at one point he was doing the morning show along with the above-mentioned June Knight.

Dale did the Oldies morning show for around 5 years before semi-retiring to a weekend announcer for a couple years. Back in the day, he was also the Saturday morning tv announcer for Channel 56 in Boston where he was known as Uncle Dale. I believe Karen Blake took over the morning show after Dale left and lasted until WODS changed formats.

And don't forget he was the VO for the (also Saturday? or was it Sunday?) afternoon "Creature Double Feature" and, back in radioland, the resident "General Hospital Update" expert!

I deliberately omitted Dale because I can remember when he started on WRKO in 1968. About 10 years later, while I was living in Chicago, I learned that he'd gone over to WVBF. And, yes, there was his long stint at KISS108 before landing on Oldies 103.3. He was doing weekends then cut back to weekends before he got really sick.

RIP, Uncle Dale.

I was not aware that Dale was a GH expert but I do remember Mighty Mike Osborne doing a live daily GH afternoon update at 4:10 (and rerun at 10:50pm) on...WROR?? This was back in the early 80s when General Hospital was all over the Luke & Laura supercouple thing. He also had a Sunday night show called "Soap Sunday" which discussed all the afternoon soaps.

Whoops, my bad! It definitely was Mighty Mike I was thinking of 😏 Or did Uncle Dale carry it on after Mighty Mike left (I swear Dale had some similar type, daily feature, not necessarily soap opera related)?
