So my hearing is WAYYY worse than I'm already admitting.I clearly heard "KQMV Bellevue, Seattle, Tacoma" at the beginning of that.
Hmmm, I'm going to have to get out the ear buds. I've listened a half dozen times and can't hear any of that.I clearly heard "KQMV Bellevue, Seattle, Tacoma" at the beginning of that.
im listening on cruddy prod room speakers and hear it clear as day
I'm getting the people who are having trouble hearing it are mostly older than me (im 40)
I've had dxers send me clips because theyre older.. and cant hear things i can
what ive had some older folks with hearing issues say to me, mainly the dxers if i recall correctly.. they cant hear the high frequency and shrill stuffI'm 68. Wore headphones too long and too loud. I can still hear that.

I can hear what Lance hears..."KQMV, Bellevue-Seattle-Tacoma".Wondering why I can't hear ANY calls, or even the word "Bellevue" in the Movin' TOH. I get that some stations bury the ID but it just seems weird that they will gladly air run-on legal disclaimers, but apparently consider calls to be an embarrassment!
Now, here's what's trending on DraftKings: Will the discussion about legal ID's yet again morph into the association of the ID to the top of hour??![]()
You didn't hear it because she's rushing her speech. I could hear it OK. But the coffee must have been pretty high quality in the lunchroom the day they put that liner together.
I stand by my assertion that whatever frequency range in which my wife speaks is the one that I absolutely cannot hear. They'd have to be deaf above 4,000 Hz to not hear this.
