WJTI West Allis sold

Sad. The end of Smooth Jazz in Milwaukee....

...again.

BTW, WJTI seems stuck on- maybe -night pattern or lower power. They don't have a great signal down here, but they have been almost undetectable for the last week-ish.

Both WGLB and WJTI have had stuck patterns for a long time. They share the tower site. I would have figured this would potentially solve that problem, but we have a big engineering shortage and it looks like The Family also needs an engineer so I doubt that will be solved anytime soon as a result.

I only hope they can somehow figure out a way to get more younger people interested in RF

I'm not familiar with valuations in the market, but $850,000 for a high dial AM and an FM Translator with no Tower land seems like a high price to me.
