WONG is on the air, but it’s broadcasting silence

Both 1150 and 105.5 are just broadcasting silence. What happened to the station?

Also, this is not the first time they’ve gone silent:
Although they went back to regular programs after I recorded this.

They have been broadcasting silence (or hum/buzz) for a few months. I checked them whenever driving to Memphis and never heard programming. Sounds like they finally fixed it over the weekend.
 
There was once a KOCK in Colorado, theres a KPNS in Oklahoma and there was once a CFUK in Canada
