However, as Dallas grows faster to the north, at some point the Cedar Hill towers will be at a disadvantage.
As it is now, it looks like the signals that are best positioned to take advantage of that growth are 89.7, 94.5, 103.3, 104.9 and 107.9.

Not that that will never happen, but we've been hearing that for roughly a quarter century now, and it has yet to transpire. Seems to me that anyone using those Wise County and Collinsville signals to speculate isn't going to get a good return on that speculation anytime soon.
 
Just my opinion, WBAP is one of the only stations in the market I can actually say, "They sound pretty good . . ." about.

Casey should talk about Dallas/Ft. Worth at SOME POINT on his show but he never does. I think in part because he lives here part time.
 
I see that with the PPM’s released on Monday, WBAP continues their downward trend and is now 25th in the market overall with a 1.9. Does anyone know if this is close to a record low for them? In the DFW ratings summary on RadioInsight, I saw that KRLD posted an all time record low of 1.1.
