What happens at midnight tonight on 97.7?

Most likely it stays the same. 97.7 is kinda in "no man's land" not covering Cincinnati or Dayton that well. Does it encode PPM?
It probably can't stay "the same" if its programming is moving to another company and frequency. Will they just keep playing Regional Mexican music or flip it to something to get attention?

Just took a listen to LA MEGA on the Urban one signal SMH it's pretty bad. Programming seemed confusing. Regional Mexican music with imaging trying to attract the Venezuelan audience.

And I can only imagine the northern La Mega listeners flipping over to 101.5 and hearing Classic Country from Dayton.
Maybe David can explain why or why not this would work. He has programed Hispanic stations in the past.

I only failed one class in my life, it was Spanish. Could not roll my "r's" or speak fast enough for my a**hole Spanish teacher. I can tell the difference between the rock and "regional" Hispanic format by the instrument and cord structures but that is about it.

Signal is much weaker than 105.9, but I'm glad this programming is back for folks who enjoy it and are actually able to pick up 97.7 cleanly.

Dayton's FM dial is rather horrible, so it's good to see some spice injected into it.

The signal seems pretty stable.South Dayton in the Centerville area , but that's generally where a lot of the audience for that format lives.
I'm sure it won't be as strong North as 105.9
but that's Ok, like you said a welcome addition to the market.

It’s nice to hear The Oasis back on a listenable signal in Cincy’s northern suburbs. The audio could use some cleaning up though. It sounds a tad muddy to my ears. Or is it just me?

I agree. The Rds was off at first now on.
Seems like they are working on it.
If Randy is like we remember him, he will tune up the station.
