I think the idea is to have something that is identifiable as the starter for those who carry their electronic key in their purse or pocket.

My Macan has a twist knob that is like the head of a key. It is simple to use and easy for those who are not familiar with the car to find.

The difference is the Macan's looks good.

You can say "well, it's Porsche", but MINI is BMW. They just effed up the design this time.

Should have still been under the new car warranty. It's fully transferrable.

It must have been an older car than I thought. I know he had to pay, because he told me how much it was and he was hopping mad about it. There’s only one Porsche dealer here and his old Porsche mechanic died, otherwise he probably would have gone to him.

Cool, no wonder he got a brand new Cayenne then. The only thing that takes getting used to is pushing the button to put it into park, not just shifting it into park.
