Echo on Monday Night Football - affiliate or ESPN problem?

I’m getting an echo on the local affiliate as I’m watching the Chiefs vs. Saints Monday Night Football game. Is this a local affiliate KMBC problem or a problem on ESPN’s end?

I only have an internal tv speaker, but the echo sounds like when you have a soundbar hooked up to your tv and are playing the audio through it and the TV speakers.

Edit: it was fixed in the third quarter. I’d love to know why it took two quarters to fix it and why it happened.

I believe it was KMBC-TV's problem. We watched both broadcasts at work, and KMBC flickered occasionally, along with the bad audio.
I got some flickering in the third and fourth quarters too, even after the audio echo was fixed. It only happened 2-3 times though. I wonder what caused the flickering.
