Baton Rouge 104 the spot new format?

Wonder if the move is finally nearing as Tulane is moving its sports rights from KVDU to Cumulus (WRKN and KKND) next week? Kind of odd to move it mid-football season unless KVDU is signing off maybe?

I thought it would start with basketball (with Tulane) But I heart has enough stations, that it could have finished the contract out no issues for football.

I'm waiting on the 1037thespotnola domain name. As it had some good numbers in the ratings.
Only other thing, which unless I heart got bidded out would be a 1037 ESPN in nola. Which would have been in line with the 100.3 KLRZ rumor.

104.1 was rumor of new FM home for WJBO like a JBO am/fm .. I would hope for a alt like a alt 104.1 (I'm surprised if that ain't one of the domains) . But I'd usually lay some money on Urban to take on cumulus 94.1 and take on 106.5 which are both technically rim shots in BR proper.

I want to know the 4 stations changing as I know 103.7 is moving in to NOLA, I'm guessing 3 spacing out in Mississippi to improve signal now 103.7 would be gone.

And what about all those translators on 103.7? Baton Rouge , New Orleans, Hammond.. all have something on 103.7 now.

Well, Baton Rouge doesn’t have many format options for 104.1, so I wouldn’t be surprised if they come up with a flanker for WFMF or WYNK.

Thibodaux has been off air for about 2 years, Baton Rouge may be far enough away but Hammond may have to move IMO

@ bouche145 announces on 104.1 or on 103.7 the fox as figure they would start winding down as I thought the format would go also??? (Lost from Hattiesburg)

Only flankers would be a top 50 urban like Hot107.9 Lafayette or classic country to compete against 100.7 who's doing a old school 90s to now thing ...

I haven’t had a chance to check the radio dial this morning did 103.7 FM move in New Orleans market since 104.1 FM is on the air in Baton Bouge?
