WUNI:66.5 RF-5?

I just noticed last night that WUNI:66.5 is on RF-5 (ATSC.1), with a channel label "OFF_AIR". It is full strength, but shows "No Signal" on the Insignia box (obviously not configured yet). Maybe to be the local MeTV Toons affiliate? 😎

No, after being "normal" with Nuestra Vision for a few weeks(?), they went back to "not there, but there"...meaning full signal strength but not decoding (i.e., likely bad configuration).
 
This may be slightly off topic, but I noticed 66.2 seems to be gone now too. That kind of makes sense since it was formerly Bounce, which is now on 68.4. I wonder if they'll put anything else there.
 
I get a black screen on 66.5 with the channel label "off air", but 66.2 is completely gone, doesn't even scan in. It goes 66.1 to 66.3.
