99.1 SAN ANTONIO

Spending the rest of the week in San Antionio and 99.1 is playing a mix of oldies with some Reguetton (strange mix) But just one liner in rotation and a confusing legal ID. Anyone know what i am hearing?

From Radio locator looks like KHJS-LP? Looks like KLMO would have something to say about that.

I went to San Antonio this weekend and I heard it. Romance 99.1 a Latino Broadcasting Corporation station.

Didn’t know that company still existed.

what do you mean.. you talk about them all the time.
I speak about the translators that are in Houston all the time, but they are
being leased out none of them advertise as a Latino broadcasting corporation station anymore here in Houston. Except right now 102.5 La Calle, but other than that none of the other programs even mention LBC.

KHJS-LP came on in the prior LPFM window and operated for some time (a few years) before going on and off periodically. As for KLMO, the FCC approved KHJS-LP and if there had been an issue, I'm sure it would have played out years ago.
