Does ksurf 105.1 hd3 have a stream

It costs a lot of money to stream music. A lot more money than broadcast radio. For a while, Saul geo-fenced KKGO-FM to LA only. I think right now it's only available in some parts of the country, and definitely not available outside the country. Unless there's a revenue stream, there's no point to do it.
