TuneIn Premium Offering Mega 97.9 Without Commercials

According to RadioInsight, TuneIn's Premium service will be offering, among it's other perks, a commercial-free stream of the Spanish language station.
Is this an arrangement which could offer a significant financial advantage to WSKQ's owners? Are other local stations likely to become part of this offering?

WSKQ is literally the most streamed station in America, so I can see the logic behind it.

When a Dominican throws a party (which is often!), they will often be playing WSKQ, which is one of the few stations in the US that caters to them specifically.

Is this a stream of the over the air station with fill songs added during spot breaks? Or is this a custom feed with station liners and jocks?
