104.9 WWRR HD3 / 103.9FM Scranton

I was visiting family in Scranton yesterday and noticed WWRR 104.9 how has HD! HD2 relaying Ritmo FM. HD3 however was looping the office theme song. I also noticed 103.9 FM was airing the same. Is this some sort of stunt? Any ideas of new plans for 103.9? I checked fccdata and it seems just a few weeks ago 103.9 (W280CV) switched their primary to WWRR HD3.

I've checked their HD signal, but unfortunately I couldn't get it good here in Wilkes-Barre, unless my radio is on the second floor of the house or outside with the wire antenna fully raised.

As for the 103.9(W280CV) translator possibly broadcasting the WWRR-HD3 signal, according to FCCData, there was an application to move the translator to 103.7 and possibly relaying the WGMF signal last year, but hasn't came to fruition yet. When W280CV was broadcasting Family Radio, I used to pick them up, but barely. This past weekend, I was past the Scranton area and I can hardly pick up 103.9 broadcasting the Office theme.

I don't know what will become of 103.9 and the WWRR-HD3 signal. Only time will tell.....

Update...

The signal which was on 103.9 has just moved to 103.7 is now on the air, playing the same "The Office" loop over and over. The new 103.7 Scranton signal itself is strong and can easily be picked up in my W-B home with my telescoping antenna fully raised, just like other translators broadcasting from that area. Before the signal signed on, I can sometimes pick up the WZXR simulcast on this same frequency, mostly best heard in my upstairs bedroom.

Now the remaining question is, what format would they put on this frequency?
