That's one watt less than KWSS-LP, whose signal goes far for two watts, but doesn't have a nearby station on the same frequency.
The 1 watt proposal is just to get K294CW back on the air at an ultra low power so not to create interference with KFUE, while they plot their next lies, um, rather next step. From reading the lawyerese gobbledygook, they want to move the antenna to a rocky ledge on Shaw Butte that will enable a directional signal pointed towards Paradise Valley and Scottsdale. Apparently that part of the Butte is on government property, hence needing approval.
Maybe Don Brown will let them rebroadcast KXEG as the primary, but we know that's not the goal of KRH unless they are getting paid for that. It would give KXEG additional NE Valley coverage.
