Should note that shortwave listeners in eastern North America currently have their best chance of receiving 5900 Bulgaria directly, due to the mostly night path at that hour during December.
Otherwise the UTwente SDR is the best option.

I have heard it up here much later at night even!
It is very audible in winter in the NE US/Canada region
