New Hampshire K-Love on WFRD translator?

I'm hearing EMF's K-Love this afternoon on W299AM 107.7, the Lebanon translator that had been carrying hard rock WFRD 99.3 Hanover. This may be tropo, as I'm hearing WOKQ Dover on 97.5 and similar signals from southeastern points that I don't usually hear. Can anyone verify that Sugar River has either sold the translator to EMF or has made some sort of deal to carry K-Love on it instead of a station that Sugar River owns?

W299AM is owned by Lisbon Communications but has the same address as multiple other companies owned by the estate of the late steve silberberg and he was the application certifier years ago.

107.7 FM is listed on the Klove site and they have sold other stations to EMF Recently

Still rock, but not being a regular listener I can't tell you if it's a softer mix than in years past. Noah Kahan's "Stick Season" shows up on the playlist, but Kahan is local to the area and gets airplay just about everywhere on the local dial.

It's definitely a better signal down here near the Windsor, VT, line than 103.1 WZKC in Royalton is, so this move by EMF makes sense. WFRD on two frequencies was redundant here, as 99.3 does just fine.
 
Another development on the Upper Valley translator scene! W248DA Hanover, NH (97.5) has been off the air for several days. It had been carrying the "Penguin" adult hits programming of WTSL (1400), which is still heard on WFYX (96,3) Walpole, NH, and W294AB (106,7) Hanover. In W248DA's absence, WOKQ Dover is putting in a consistent signal here in Hartland, VT.

Any info out there on the future of 97.5 in the Upper Valley?
 
W299AM filed with the FCC to change their primary signal from WFRD 99.3 to WZKC 103.1 and was approved on January 09th of this year. Just an FYI.

Heard and noted here in Hartland. Still silence on W248DA (97.5), though. If Great Eastern still has an agreement to program it, why didn't they just move the former oldies format there, just without the local hosts?
