Go Country 105 cuts Tim Hurley

Interesting:

I wonder what's in store? Bobby Bones in the morning?

I'm listening to KKGO-FM online for the first time in a few years. I'm actually quite impressed by the music selection, although I am unsure if it is the right fit for LA & OC. In more than 40 minutes' listening, I've not yet heard any auto-tune or rap/country junk at all :)

The Scott Fisher voiceovers are also very well done. He's probably the mostly commonly used V/O artist for country radio, and I'd say that's held true for at least the past decade.

The last time I tuned into Go Country online, I do not recall even hearing any professional voiceovers.

I think Kenny Jay is still consulting, so he likely has a lot to do with music selection.

I doubt they will run any syndication. That would mean sharing revenue from advertising, and Saul doesn't believe in that kind of thing.

If I were a betting man, I'd guess we'll see a return of Sean Parr. Just a wild guess.

Isn't Sean Parr doing syndication? Last time I checked he was

Sean Parr also is very expensive I doubt Saul can afford him
Saul can afford him; the issue is whether Saul wants to pay what Sean is asking for.
