Finally heard WFWO Fort Walton Beach TOH ID.

Sounds like WFWO is on and broadcasting Christmas music in Ft. Walton.

Just tuned them in. Strong copy here in Destin, about 12 miles east of Ft Walton.

Has there been any update on this station? I'm too far out to see if they're still doing Christmas, or went back to standards, or flipped to an actually desirable format.

I noticed WTKE-HD3 and its translator dropped conservative talk for classic alt rock, too.

1/2 16:52 CST 106.9 playing big band /jazz type music. I'll keep you posted if their format changes. Sounds like Manhatten Transfer type stuff. Now playing "City of New Orleans " Willie Nelson? Not the original version heard on the air.

2/10 106.9 has "flipped" from whatever format they were, to an all Latino Spanish speaking music format. A few days ago I heard a dead carrier with no modulation, so I knew something was up.
