Jim Eason Former KGO and KSFO radio host RIP

I didn't agree with alot of his ideology and politics, but he was always entertaining to listen to. I remember, everyone once in awhile, he would play old timey piano music in the background during his show.. for the entire 2 hours!

IIRC, a long time ago (like the early '80s), Jim used the main melodic signature of Brubeck's Take Five as his own theme song. Eventually he and the other hosts dropped personal themes in favor of clips of music that would be in some way relevant to the topics they were discussing in each hour.
